FAQ

What is a liquidation pallet?

A pallet of merchandise from major retailers — customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls and closeouts — sold as one bulk lot at a fraction of its retail value.

Where do your pallets come from?

We source returns and overstock lots from major retail programs (including Amazon, Walmart and Target loads when available) through Canadian liquidation suppliers.

Are the items new?

It depends on the lot, and the listing says so. Conditions range from New Overstock to Customer Returns and Salvage. Read the condition notes on each listing.

Are items tested?

No — unless a listing specifically says tested, merchandise is untested and sold AS IS.

Does every pallet come with a manifest?

No. Where a manifest is available, the listing says “Manifested” and includes it. Unmanifested lots are priced accordingly.

Can I return a pallet?

No. All sales are final — see our Refund and Returns Policy. The one exception: if we ship you the wrong lot entirely, contact us within 3 business days and we will make it right.

What is the minimum order?

One pallet. Smaller starter lots are listed when available.

Do you sell truckloads?

Yes — truckloads are quote-based. Contact us with the retailer/category you’re after and your city, and we’ll price it.

How do I get my pallet — pickup or delivery?

After checkout we contact you to arrange pickup or freight. Freight is quoted per order based on distance and lot size.

How do I pay?

Online at checkout for listed pallets. For truckload quotes we’ll confirm payment options with your quote.

Can I inspect a lot before buying?

Listings include photos and all manifest information available for the lot. If you need more detail on a specific lot, contact us and ask before you buy.

How often do you get new stock?

Regularly — join the email list on the homepage for new lot alerts.
